Ouch....My aching back....hold that seat for me!

Grinding teeth and sleep

Did you know that tooth grinding may cause microarousals that cause you to have poor sleep quality? This form of grinding or clenching is called NOCTURNAL PARAFUNCTION and should be treated if possible. People who have sleep apnea or hypopneas, are more prone to morning headaches and excessive daytime sleepiness. CALL for an appointment to be assessed and take the Epworth Sleep Test!

Parkinson's disease

First seminar next week!

Hello everyone,
I am looking forward to the first new seminar this year regarding sleep disordered breathing and oral signs and sympotms. We are sure to have interesting discussion period afterwards.
Please let me know as soon as possible who will be attending the seminar next week so seating and snacks can be arranged!  Also, if you are having difficulty finding parking on site, there is parking immediately next to our building. Park Central building is located next to the Hen Long Market in Surrey on 104 ave (there is parking behind Hen Long).  JP
